Covid-19 Guidelines

Your safety and health is so important to us! So, we have some rules to stick by to make sure you leave feeling better, not worse 😉

• Please wait at the door for your appointment, a staff member will come and welcome you in.

• Temperatures will be checked before you enter the clinic. If your temperature is higher than 38C, you will be asked to leave and seek medical advice.

• Sanitizer will be available at the entrance, in the clinic, changing rooms and toilets.

• Everyone within the clinic will be wearing a mask, no exceptions.

• Renati staff will be wearing masks and gloves during your entire session.

• Sessions will be administered through a strict appointment only policy.

• Customers are asked to come alone for their treatments, unless you are under the age of 18 in which case you need a parent or guardian with you.

• The Cryo chamber, changing rooms and clinic will be cleaned in between clients.

• We ask if you can bring your own dressing gowns and gloves for your session, if you can,don't worry we have can still provide this. All our gowns and gloves will be freshly washed before use.

• 15 minute cleaning gaps between each customer
